摘要
目的 比较口腔鳞癌肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞 (tum or infiltrating lym phocyte,TIL)和肿瘤引流淋巴结细胞(tum or draining lym ph node lymphocyte,TDL NL)体外杀伤活性。方法 从 5例口腔癌原发灶及其转移灶中分离TIL和 TDL NL ,用 3H - Td R4h释放法对 TDL NL和 TIL对自体肿瘤的杀伤活性进行比较研究。结果 3周时 TIL对自体肿瘤的杀伤活性较 TDL NL强 (P<0 .0 2 ) ,分别为 35 %和 2 3% ;4周时 TDL NL对自体肿瘤的杀伤活性大于TIL (P<0 .0 2 ) ,分别为 5 3%和 40 % ;5周时 TDL NL对自体肿瘤的杀伤活性仍显著强于 TIL (P<0 .0 2 ) ,分别为6 2 %和 44 %。结论 在口腔鳞癌过继免疫治疗中 ,TDL NL可能较
Objective To compare the cytotoxicity of TIL and TDLNL from patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods TILs were isolated from fresh tumor tissues in 5 OSCC Opatients with metastases and TDLNL were obtained from metastatic lymph nodes of them. Then TIL and TDLNL were cultured in the presence of 1000u/ml rIL 2. The cytotoxicity against autologous tumor cells of TIL and TDLNL were detected comparably using 3H TdR 4 h release mehtod. Results The cytotoxicity against autologous tumor cells of TIL was stronger than that of TDLNL ( P <0.02) cultured for 3 weeks, were 35 percent and 23 percent respectively. When cultured for 4 weeks, the latter became stronger than the former ( P <0.02), were 53 percent and 40 percent respectively. Cultured for 5 weeks, the latter still exhibited significantly higher than the former ( P <0.02). Conclusions TDLNL seems possessed more superiority than TIL as AIT for patients with OSCC.
