摘要
目的 回顾总结 5 1例 70岁以上高龄口腔癌患者围手术期处理的经验和教训。方法 分析 1992年1月～ 1999年 6月经孙逸仙纪念医院治疗的 5 1例高龄口腔癌患者的住院记录。结果 49例顺利完成手术治疗 ,康复出院 ,2例分别于术后当晚和第 4天死亡。结论 通过完善的围手术期处理 ,可以成功为高龄口腔癌患者施行手术 ,提高其生存率和生存质量 ;
Objective The perioperative management of 51 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) patients aged above 70 years old were summaried. Methods From January 1992 to June 1999, 51 cases of OSCC geriatic patients underwent surgical treatment in Sun Yat sen Memorial Hospital. The records of patient were analogized. Results 49 patient were cured and discharged from hospital with recovery safely, 2 patients died 24 hours and 4 th day postoperation respectively. Conclusion Geriatics is not the contraindication for OSCC patients, successful operation can improve the survival rate and the quality of life of geriatic OSCC patients.
