摘要
采用酸性染料比色法测定麻杏石甘口服液中麻黄总生物碱的含量 ,并进行方法学考察 ,结果显示该法重现性、稳定性好 ,RSD1 .32 % ,麻黄总生物碱浓度在 1 .0 61~ 7.42 9ug/ml时 ,吸收呈线性关系 ,回归方程为A =2 .857× 1 0 - 3+ 1 0 2 .0 953C (r=0 .9990 ) ,平均回收率为 96.93% (RSDO .58% )、98.97% (RSD0 .83% ) ,提示该法可作为麻杏石甘口服液质量控制方法。
Objective: To study Maxingshigan oral administration liquid preparation process and quality control standard. Methods:In this paper, the content of total Alkaliod in Ephedra in Maxingshigan oral administration liquid was measured by acid dye colorimetry Results: The results showed that the concentration of total Alkaliod in Ephedra exist in 1.0061~7.429ug/ml, absorption is shown to be linear relationship, the regression equation got is A=2.547×10 -3 +102.0953C(r=0.9990). Conclusion: the method has higher sensitivith and stability: other ingredients has no interference (negative comparison A<0.005): good reappearance RSD<1.32% and is simplicity, easy operation, quick, accurate, and the averege reclamation rate is 98.97% (RSD 0.83%) and provides a basis for quality control of this preparaiton.
