摘要
采用薄层扫描法测定补阳还五汤总甙类成份部位黄芪甲甙含量 ,结果 :黄芪甲苷含量为 ( 0 .5793±0 .0 1 2 68)mg/g ,单味药材中黄芪甲苷含量为 ( 1 .0 75± 0 .0 2 1 2 0 )mg/g。复方提取所得的总苷类成份部位黄芪甲苷与单味药材相近 (P >0 .0 5) ,提示水提醇沉、连续萃取及阳离子交换吸附等方法对复方中黄芪甲苷含量影响不大。
This if to mensurate by thin-layer scan the content of Astragalus glycoside A of all glycoside-containing parts in BUYANGHUANWU D ecoction.The result shows there in 0.5793±0.01268mg/g,and 1.075±0.02120mg/g in a single herb.The Astragalus glycoside A extracted from all glycoside-containing parts in the compound is about the same as that in one single herh(P>0.05).We conclude that water boiling,alcohol-depositing,continous extraction or ion exchange adsorptionetc.
