外科ICU医院感染的回顾性调查分析与预防对策

Retrospective Investigative Analysis and Preventive Measure with Hospital Infection In Surgical ICU Ward

目的 了解外科 ICU患者发生医院感染的程度和原因 ,以采取易行实用的预防对策 ,从而有效地减少医院感染的发生率 ,提高危重患者的抢救成功率。方法 收集从 1993- 0 1～ 1998- 0 5在外科 ICU抢救监护的重病患者 40 0例病历 ,进行回顾性调查分析。结果 6 4例发生医院感染 ,感染率为 16 % ,明显高于总的医院感染率 ,影响了抢救成功率 ,延长了住院天数 ,增加了患者的经济负担。结论 医院感染已是危害患者健康和影响疾病康复的一个急需解决的问题 ,及早采取切实可行的预防措施能有效地减少医院感染的发生率 ,提高危重患者的抢救成功率。

Objective In order to study causes and grades of infection in hospital for patients of surgical ICU ward,and practially apply preventive countermeasures for reducing the infective rate effectively in hospital and elevate the rate of rescuing critical patients successfully.Methods 400 patients of surgical ICU wards had been ill from January,1993 to May,1998.We made a retrospectively investigative analysis.Results The investigative analysis showed that 64 cases were hospital infection.The infective rate was 16%,It was much higher than all hospital infective rate.The successful rate of rescuing patients was affected and the patients had to stay in hospital for more days.The economic burdens of patients had to be increased.Conclusions Hospital infection is a problem that must be resulted,for it affected health and recovery.We have to take measures as early as we can reduce the hospital infection effectively and elevate the successful rate of rescuing the critital patients.
