腰腿痛疾病误诊原因分析

Analysis of Causes of Misdiagnosis in Lumbro Crural Pain

目的分析可引起腰腿痛的一些疾病的临床特点、误诊原因 ,有助于提高临床诊断水平。方法总结了 2 3例因腰腿痛而被误诊为腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎管狭窄 ,或被误诊为其它疾病的病例 ,列举引起腰腿痛的病因及特点。结果引起腰腿痛的病因较多 ,对引起腰腿痛的一些疾病的认识不足 ,过分依赖影像检查 ,查体不细 ,是导致误诊的主要原因。结论详细询问病史 ,仔细体格检查 ,不要过分依赖影像检查 。

Objective For improving the diagnosis, we study and analyze the clinical speciality and causes of misdiagnosis in lumbro crural pain. Methods 23 cases were summarized in which the patients have been misdiagnosed as lumbar disc hernination,lumbocanal stenosis or other diseases due to lumbocrural pain.To analyze the other reasons and speciality of lumbrocrural pain.Results There are many reasons of lumbocrural pain, the main causes of misdiagnosis comprises underestimate to the disease that cause lumbrocrural pain, depenting on imagery test extravagantly, examing body careless. Conclusions Taking history of disease entirely, examing body carefully, not depenting on imagery test extravagantly can decrease the rate of misdiagnosis greatly.
