摘要
目的 :研究β-环糊精包合野菊花等挥发油的最佳工艺。方法 :正交试验法 ,考察挥发油包结率。结果 :优选出最佳包合工艺为 :取挥发油的 6倍量的β-环糊精 ,溶于挥发油的 80倍量水中 ,在 6 0℃的条件下包结 ,搅拌 1h。结论
Objective: To study optimum inclusion process for oil from Flos Chrysthemi and others. Methods: The study was carried out with orthogonal design. The process conditions were studied by determining the ultizision ratio of oil. Results: The optimum preparation conditions for inclusion were established as: β CD was 1∶6, the inclusoin temperature and time were at 60℃ and for 1 h. Conclusion: The method can be used for β CD on a large scale.
