Flexibilities of definition and operation,complexities of understanding and behavior and permeability of force are the main characteristics of the artificial atmosphere in library.So in developing libraries,we must control negative factors of the artificial atmosphere efficiently and construct a healthy and loose artificial atmosphere through improving leader's style of work,enhancing quality of staff,artificial environment and qualifying services for readers.
