摘要
本文提供了一种确定冷挤压孔边残余应力的工程方法。采用无损检测的普通密栅云纹方法,分别测定芯棒挤入和挤出两个状态下的孔边应变值;基于这些实测的应变值,采用追踪加载路线的方法,推算出孔边的残余应力。
An engineering method, a semi-experimental and semi-theoretical method are presented for determining the residual stresses at the edges of cold-worked open holes. A nondestructive method, i. e. the common Moire method, to measure the strains at the edges of holes is used. When the mandrel is pushed in and pulled out, respectively, based on these measured strains the residual stresses at the edges of cold-worked open holes are calculated by following loading path. The procedures of determining the residual stresses are explained in details.
