摘要
目的 探讨癫痫时海马结构的可塑性。方法 利用图像分析仪测定戊四氮诱导的大鼠点燃模型海马 CA1 、CA3区及齿状回区突触体素的阳性免疫反应产物的光密度值 (OD值 )。结果 点燃组海马结构内各部突触体素阳性免疫反应产物光密度值较对照组增加 ,尤以 CA3区苔藓纤维层和齿状回分子层内带为甚。结论 突触体素含量的变化一方面是点燃的结果 。
Objective To study the plasticity of hippocampal formation in epilepsy.Methods The optical density (OD)of synaptophysin positive immunoreactive product was examined by image pattern analysis instrument in hippocampus of pentylenetetrazol induced kindling epileptic rats. The examined areas included CA 1,CA 3 and the dentate gyrus.Results The OD of synaptophysin positive immunoreactive product in hippocampal formation of kindling group was higher than the controls,especially in the mossy fiber layer of the area CA 3 and the inner molecular layer in the dentate gyrus. Conclusion The change of synaptophysin resulted from kindling, it also could result in the molecular elements of kindling maintenance.
