浅谈教师的素质与人格特色

探讨一名教师应有的素质和人格特色。列举了十二个方面的内容；了解学生；精通本专业知识；不断地学习与广泛的兴趣；大公无私和民主合作的态度；教育的乐趣和热忱；一颗为人民服务的心；良好的语言和辩才无碍；健康的身心和庄严的仪表；充分的耐心和坚定的信心；生动有趣的谈吐和幽默感；善于运用各种姿势和动作；善巧方便和循循善诱。本文引用了当代心理学、教育学上的一些研究结果、及本人的教学经验来印证。

A teacher should have good qualites and characters, which are discussed under the followiing heading: 1. Grasping the student;2. Mastering the knowledge of the specialized subject;3. Studying all the the and having extensive internets;4. Unselfish and deareratic attitude;5. Being interested in education; 6 Being ready to help others all the the; 7. Having good eloquence; 8. Having a strong body and a good soul and solemn appearance; 9. having enough patience and firm confidence. 10. Having lively speech and humor; 11. Handling all kinds of postures and motions smartly; 12. Being good at teaching. This article proves them with some products of contemporary psychology and some teaching experiences of the writer.
