彩色多普勒流速剖面图技术在下肢静脉倒流性疾病诊断中的应用

Color Doppler velocity profile technology in diagnosing the venous reflux disease of lower limbs

目的：评价彩色多普勒流速剖面图技术在下肢静脉倒流性疾病诊断中的作用。方法：运用彩色多普勒流速剖面图技术对 34例 (44条 )下肢静脉倒流性疾病患者进行检测，测定流量并与双向彩超、静脉造影相比较。结果：流速剖面图法与双向彩超和静脉造影的检测倒流程度无显著性差异，流速剖面图法与双向彩超具有高度相关性 (r=0. 9897,P<0. 01)。但流速剖面图法的阳性预测值、阴性预测值、特异度和 Youden指数均高于双向彩超法，对倒流量测定更准确。结论：彩色多普勒流速剖面图法用于诊断下肢静脉倒流性疾病比双向彩超更直观，具有更高的准确性。

Objective:To evaluate color Doppler velocity profile technology(CDVP)in the diagnosis of the venous reflux disease of lower limbs.Methods:Venous reflux was examined using CDVP in 44 limbs in 34 patients.Reflux volume was also measured and compared with Color Duplex ultrasound and venography.Results:CDVP,Color duplex ultrasound and venography showed no significant difference in judging venous reflux degree.CDVP showed high relativity with Color duplex ultrasound(r=0. 9897， P<0. 01)， but the former was higher than the latter in predictive value of a positive test,predictive value of a negative test,specificity and Youden index.CDVP showed more accurate in measuring venous reflux volume.Conclusions:CDVP is a quantitative means with more audiovisualization and accuracy than Color duplex ultrasound in diagnosing venous reflux disease of lower limbs.
