基质金属蛋白酶-2和基质金属蛋白酶-9与脑缺血 被引量:4

摘要 短暂性或持久性脑缺血可诱导基质金属蛋白酶 (MMP)表达 ,大脑中动脉闭塞 再灌注(MCAO R)实验动物模型研究显示 ,基质金属蛋白酶 2 (MMP 2 )和MMP 9含量及活性与缺血性脑损伤关系密切。MMP的表达及活性有望成为一种治疗缺血性脑损伤的手段。
