急性重症卒中的微透析神经化学监测 被引量:1

摘要 卒中后由于缺血缺氧 ,脑组织内发生一系列神经化学变化 ,包括兴奋性氨基酸过度释放、能量代谢紊乱、膜磷脂降解、单胺类递质紊乱等。用微透析方法能监测这些物质在脑细胞间液中的变化 ,临床用于急性重症卒中的监测。神经化学监测能有效而可靠地反映继发性脑缺血和脑损伤 ,为卒中的临床研究开辟新的领域。
