Kawase入路——上斜坡区基底动脉瘤的一种手术入路

摘要 正确应用损伤小而暴露良好的手术入路是基底动脉瘤手术成功的重要因素。Kawase入路用于上斜坡区基底动脉瘤手术具有如下优点 :(1)可直接进入桥前池 ,无需牵拉小脑、脑干和脑神经 ;(2 )操作空间较大 ,有利于近端控制及保护穿动脉 ;(3)可同时处理前、后循环动脉瘤 ;(4 )有利于保护神经组织 ,颞叶牵拉较轻 。
