文章针对成人高校图书馆目前的服务工作不适应知识经济时代的现状，提出成人高校图书馆必须在藏书建设方面创新，在服务方面创新，在业务手段方面创新，必须提高图书馆工作人员的创新意识。

The present service of libraries in the adult higher leaving is not suited for the present situation of the knowledge era.This article suggests that the libraries in adult higher learning should be built up with new ideas in the construction of a collection of books, in the service items and in professional methods. It also emphasizes that the librarians consciousness should be improved with new ideas, as well.
