文章就如何学习计算机语言、处理语言中基本知识和程序设计方法。技法的关系，以及通过实例阐明如何进行算法的优化进行了论述。
This article explains how to study computer languages and how to deal with the relation between the founda- tional knowledge and hath mend and skills for designing programs. It also shows how to optimize its algorithm by means of examples.
