On Self－constrution of Healthy Personality of the Present College Students

在素质教育中，心理素质是核心，而心理素质的培养又体现为健康人格的养成。当代 大学 生健康人格自塑的议题还少有研究者涉及，笔者从当代大学生健康人格自塑在素质教育中的 地位和作用，当代大学生中存在的人格缺陷及其产生的原因，当代大学生健康人格自塑的途 径和方法几个方面探讨了这个问题。

Psychological quality is the core of quality education.Its cultivatio n is manifested by the construction of healthy personality.There are few researc hers till now touching on the subject of self－construction of healthy personali ty of the present college students.The author makes a probe into it from followi ng aspects:its position and function in the quality education,the personality de fects of college students,and the approaches to self－construction.
