摘要
针对高校教师职称评审中的“重科研轻教学”现象,本文探讨了改进教师教学工作考核办法、落实教学岗位聘任制,在职称评审程序上实行教学工作“先决制”的积极作用和可行性,以确保高校教师职务评审质量,发挥其对教学育人工作的导向激励作用。
There is a phenomenon during the process of the professional title appraisal for university teachers, in which jurors tend to emphasize more on ones ability on scientific research and less on teaching ability. This article discusses the ways of improving the appraisal methods for teaching; perfecting the hiring system for teaching position; as well as the positive effect and feasibility of making the teaching quality as a prerequisite in the process for promotion in the professional title, so as to guarantee the quality of appraisal process and making it as an incentive to university teachers.
