p^(53)、p^(21)及增殖细胞核抗原在尖锐湿疣皮损中的表达

摘要 目的 研究尖锐湿疣 (CA) p5 3蛋白、p2 1蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)过度表达与人类乳头瘤病毒 (HPV)感染的关系。方法 采用免疫组化法对 2 0例CA患者的石蜡包埋组织标本进行检测。结果  2 0例CA皮损中 p5 3、p2 1及PCNA阳性率分别为 5 5 % ( 11/ 2 0 )、5 0 % ( 10 / 2 0 )和 70 % ( 14/ 2 0 )。p5 3阳性细胞主要分布于基底层及棘层中下部 ,p2 1阳性细胞分布于棘细胞层 ,PCNA阳性细胞散布于表皮全层。结论 证实了CA中存在着 p5 3、p2 1及PCNA的过度表达 。 Objective To study the relationship between the expression of p53, p21 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and the infection of human papillomavirus (HPV) in codyloma acuminatum (CA).Methods The paraffin embedded tissue samples from 20 cases of CA were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results The positive rate of p53, p21 and PCNA staining in 20 cases of CA was 55%, 50% and 70% respectively. The p53 protein mainly located in basal cells and lower and middle spinous cells, p21 protein in spinous cells and PCNA scattered througout the epidermis. Conclusion HPV might induce p53, p21 and PCNA over expression in keratinocytes, and might change the expression of host heterogene.
