摘要
观察自拟补肺消积方对晚期肺癌的主要症状、瘤灶、免疫功能变化 ,及生活质量、生存率的疗效。结果 :治疗前后主要症状显著改善 ,瘤灶缓解率为 1 0 0 0 % ,生活质量、自身免疫功能提高 ,治疗后半年生存 38例 ( 95 0 0 % ) ,1年生存 2 9例 ( 72 50 % )。
The main symptoms,tumor size,immune function,life quality and survival rate in patients with late lung cancer were observed after treated with “Lung Nourishing and Mass Dissolving Decoction”.Results showed that the symptoms improved obviously,tumor size reduced by 10 00%,life quality and self immunity increased;38 cases survived for six months (95 00%) and 29 cases for 1 year (72 50%).
