中西医结合治疗盆腔合征的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Pelvic Blood-Stasis Syndrome Treated by Chinese and Western Medicines

将 1 0 9例盆腔瘀血综合征患者分成治疗组 72例 (瘀血阻遏型 33例 ,肝气郁滞型 2 1例 ,脾肾虚弱型 1 8例 )和对照组 37例 ,两组在用维生素E、谷维素治疗的同时 ,治疗组再根据辨证分型组方服用汤药 ,对照组用中成药治之 ,结果两组总有效率分别为 91 7%和 67 6% ,有显著性差异。

cases of pelvic blood stasis syndrome were classified into treatment group (n=72,33 cases of blood stasis obstruction,21 cases of liver qi depression and 18 cases of spleen kidney asthenia) and control group (n=37).Besides vitamin E and oryzanol,corresponding Chinese herbal decoctions were given in treatment group and Chinese herbal patent (“Rhubarb Eupolyphaga Bolus” and “Cinnamomi Poria Bolus”).The total effective rates were respectively 91 7% and 67 6%,with a great difference between them.In addition,pelvic contrast and the diameter of ovary veins were observed before and after treatment.
