中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎30例

Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis by Integrative Chinese-Western Medicine in 30 Cases

观察中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎 30例 ,采用中医辨证分型 (湿热型、瘀血型、脾气虚型、肾阴虚型 )服用中药治疗 2个月 ,结合抗生素 (菌必治、庆大霉素 )局部前列腺腺体内注射治疗 5～ 1 5次。结果 :显效 2 0例 ,有效 6例 ,无效 4例 ,总有效率 87% ,6个月后随访 ,2 2例基本正常 ,4例仍有临床症状。提示中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎 。

cases of chronic prostatitis were treated with Chinese and western medicine.Chinese herbs were given for 2 months according to the pattern identifications(dampness heat pattern,blood stasis pattern,spleen qi deficiency pattern,kidney yin deficiency pattern)as well as injection of antibiotics(CTRX and Gentamicin)into the prostate for 5～15 times.Results showed marked effectiveness in 20 cases,effectiveness in 6 cases and failure in 4 cases,and the total effective rate was 87%.6 month later,22 cases remained nearly normal and 4 cases still had clinical symptoms.
