小儿腹部及颅脑复合性损伤的诊断与治疗

The diagnosis and treatment of abdomen compound head injury in infant

目的 :探讨小儿腹部及颅脑复合性损伤的准确诊断方法及治疗效果。方法 :总结我院10年来收治的 31例小儿腹部及颅脑复合伤患儿的疗效及随访情况。结果 :2 9例获随访 ,随访时间 6个月至 5年 ,其中治愈 2 7例 ,伤残 2例。结论 :对就诊患儿应早期诊断有无复合伤 ,优先处理致命伤可提高生存率。

Objective: To research the accurate method in diagnosing abdomen compound head injury in infant. Method: Reviewed 31 cases infant with abdomen compound head injury in recent 10 years. Result: 29 of them were followed up 6-60 months,27 were cured, 2 were injured. Conclusion: We should diagnose early the compound injury, and make up the bad injury to improve the survival rate firstly.
