回顾性分析血液流变学异常对心脑血管病发生的影响

A review analysis of the impact of hemorheological abnormality on the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease

目的 探讨血液流变学异常对心脑血管病发生的影响。方法 对 180例血液流变学异常者的门诊及临床资料作回顾性分析 ,并设正常对照组。结果 血液流变学异常者心脑血管病发病率显著高于对照组 ,以高血压病发病率为最高达 70 0 % ,冠心病次之占 5 5 6 % ,两组比较有统计学意义。结论 血液流变学异常者其心脑血管病发生率明显增高 ,因此 。

Objective To discuss the impact of hemorrheological abnormality on the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. Methods The clinical and OPD data of 180 cases with hemorrheological abnormality were analyzed retrospectively, and they were divided into the normal and comparative groups.Results In normal group, the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease from hemorrheological patient was much higher than that in the comparative group. The incidence of essential hypertension was the highest one, which reached to 70 0%; the incidence of coronary heart disease 55 6%. There was statistical significance comparing with two groups. Conclusion The incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease of the patients with hemorrheological abnormality is remarkably increasing, so it is significant for old people to accept the hemorrheological test regularly in regard to prevention of the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.
