护理人员对艾滋病的相关知识、态度及行为趋向的初步研究

A study of nurses' knowledge, attitude and behavioral intentions toward the patients with AIDS

目的 研究具有大专学历的在职护士有关艾滋病的相关知识、态度和行为趋向的现状。方法 用问卷法调查北京市 12家医院 42 1名具有大专学历的护士。结果 在知识方面 ,42 1名护士对各个问题回答的准确率达 80 0 0 %～ 98 5 6 % ,但均未达 10 0 %。在态度和行为方面 ,45 33%的护士对AIDS患者采取正向态度 ,而有5 2 16 %的护士则采取疏远或完全拒绝等负向态度 ,仅有 2 8 37%的护士愿意为患者做全部护理。研究结果还显示与AIDS患者有过接触的护士 ,其态度和行为多趋于正向。结论 大多数护士对AIDS的病原、受侵害器官及主要传播途径有充分了解 ,但仍存有一定误区。在有关对AIDS患者的态度和行为方面 ,护士各持正、负向的态度和行为 。

Objective To investigate the knowledge, attitude and behavior intentions of nurses with associate degree toward patients with AIDS. Methods 421 nurses with Associate Degree at 12 hospitals in Beijing were surveyed by using questionnaire.Results On the respect of knowledge, the rate of correct answer was from 80% to 98 56%, but not reached 100%. On the aspect of attitude and behavior intentions to AIDS patients, 45 33% of the nurses showed positive attitude, and 52.16% negative attitude, such as estranging themselves from patient or avoiding the patients. There were only 28 37% of the nurses expressed that they would take good care of AIDS patients. A relationship between experience of caring AIDS patients and behavior intentions was found positive in this study.Conclusion Most of the nurses are familiar with the knowledge of AIDS pathogen, organs damaged by HIV and major transmitting routines, but some misunderstanding still exist. These mean they also lack some knowledge of AIDS. Nurses take positive or negative attitude and behavior intentions toward patients with AIDS, experience of caring AIDS patients may have some influence on choosing the attitude and behavior toward AIDS patients.
