摘要 目的 :寻求制备微米级镍粉的工艺条件。方法 :在NiSO4 ·7H2 O -NH4 COCl -NaCl 体系中试验了阴极材料、添加剂和取粉时间对镍粉粒径的影响。结果 :当以钛为阴极 ,加适当添加剂时取粉时间越短 ,镍粉粒径越小。结论 :选择合适的阴极材料。 Objective:To search for technological conditions for preparing micro-size nickel powder.Methods:The effects of negative pole materials,additives and the time of taking powder off from the negative pole on the nickel particle diameter were tested step by step in NISO 4-7H 2O-NH 4CI-NaCI system to screen the finest technical condition.Results:When titanium was negative pole material and suitable additives were added,the shorter the time of taking nickel powder out of the pole was ,the smaller the nickel particle diameter would be.Conclusion:The suitable negative pole material and additives are properly selected,the time of taking powder is strictly controlled,the micro-size nickel powder can be satisfactorily prepared.
