结核杆菌的克星——颗粒裂解肽 被引量:2

摘要 目的 介绍国外有关治疗结核病新药研究的进展。方法 综述国外文献。结果 颗粒裂解肽在细胞毒性淋巴细胞CTL和天然杀伤细胞NK激活晚期被诱导表达。颗粒裂解肽的基因编码 3种mRNA ( 5 19,5 2 0 ,5 2 2 ) ,两种肽 ( 90 0 0 ,15 0 0 0 ) ,15 0 0 0的经翻译后修饰为 90 0 0 ,含一个alpha helix和一个二硫键的 2 2氨基酸肽段为抗结核杆菌的结构域。天然颗粒裂解肽和重组颗粒裂解肽都具有广谱抗菌活性 ,尤其是能杀死结核杆菌。
