摘要
机械式冷挤压机在挤压过程中的冲击振动对模具和产品质量有严重影响。在工程上采取一些措施,但关于挤压载荷与缓冲参数关系,迄今未曾见到系统的报导。本文首先对挤压机缓冲装置工作时的动力过程作了系统的分析,建立了力学数学模型,进行了系统的计算,并在航空专用冷挤压机上作了系统的试验,测试了不同挤压材料、不同缓冲参数时挤压载荷、模具和机身应力的波形与数据。从而得出缓冲参数对挤压载荷的影响规律;缓冲参数对制件质量和挤压能消耗的影响趋势;缓冲参数间的相互制约关系等。发现了冲击载荷曲线前沿斜率对金属成形机器构件应变应力动态响应值有很大影响。
The dynamic process of the buffering installation of cold extrusion press at work is analyzed firstly.Following, a mechanics model is proposed and a differential equation of inertia balance of buffering slide is set up and the systematical calculation is carried out and a number of results which have a great meaning are obtained. Then the experimental study has been carried out, the extrusion load and the stress waves and data on die and frame have been measured when the various blank materials were extruded in adopting various buffering parameters. Finally, on this basis the rule of the effect of buffering parameter on the peak-value and curve form of extrusion load and extrusion velocity and dynamic stress in the relative component has been sumed up, and it has been found that the effect of the forward slope of impact load curve on the dynamie response of component is very great.
