摘要
以自拟坎离丸为主治疗帕金森病 (PD) 19例 ,采用自身对照 ,以进步率评价疗效 ,结果表明 ,坎离丸可明显改善手部功能及书写障碍 ,颈肩僵直、上肢协调不能、震颤等症状。而且更适用于肝肾不足、气血两虚兼见痰瘀证型的治疗。
PD patients were treated using Chinese medicine KanLi Pill,oneself controls were designed,treatment outcome was valued with Progressive rate.Results indicated that KanLi Pill could promote the hand function,reduce the syndroms of writing disorder,neck rigidity,ataxia of upper lamber and tremor.Furthermore,PD patients with deficency of liver and kidney of impairment of Qi and blood were the better indicators.
