摘要
随着人类向信息社会的迈进 ,世界竞争优势的夺取已越来越依靠于信息化。对于在复杂多变、竞争残酷的市场环境中求生存、求发展的企业来说 ,信息化更加是决定企业能否突围而出 ,赢得胜利的一项关键因素。企业信息化最为关键的一项内容是建立企业信息系统。本文阐述了企业信息系统的定义 ,构成 ,目的 ,企业信息系统如何对企业发挥作用 。
As the mankind strides forward towards the information society,achieving the competitive advantage depends more and more on the informationization.Especially for the enterprises which have to survive and develop in the cruel and competitive market,developing information system seems more critical.This article expounds the definition,composition,and purpose of information system of enterprises,as well as how information system affect enterprises,how enterprises use information system to achieve competitive advantage.
