方钢管混凝土轴压力学性能的理论分析与试验研究

STUDY ON BEHAVIOR OF CONCRETE FILLED SQUARE STEEL TUBES UNDER AXIAL LOAD

在确定了组成方钢管混凝土的钢材和核心混凝土应力 应变关系模型的基础上 ,利用数值解法成功地计算出方钢管混凝土轴心受压时的荷载 变形全过程关系曲线 ,较为深入地认识了其力学性能。为了验证理论分析结果的正确性 ,进行了二十个试件的试验研究 ,试件变化的参数是约束效应系数 ξ (=1 0 77 5 64 4 )。理论分析结果和本文试验结果及其他研究者的试验结果均吻合得令人满意。在上述研究成果的基础上 ,推导了轴压强度和轴压模量等参数的简化计算公式 ,简化计算结果与规范LRFD (AISC ,1994) ,AIJ (1997)和EC4(1992 )进行了比较。最后 ,对方钢管混凝土轴压构件进行了可靠度分析。本文研究成果已为国家军用标准《战时军港抢修早强型组合结构技术规程》 (GJB2 0 0 1)

A mechanical model for the concrete filled square steel tubular stub columns is proposed in the paper It is based on the determinate stress?strain relations for the composited materials: steel and core concrete The load versus strain relation is theoretically established for the concrete filled square steel tubular column A test of twenty pieces of stub columns is performed We consider that the effects of the steel on the core concrete can be illustrated by an effective coefficient The theoretical results are in good agreement with that of the test Another simplified method is derived based on the model Comparisons are made between the simplified method and other methods specified in foreign codes The results also show that the simplified method is reliable and feasible
