摘要
在探讨AⅡ无水石膏水化机理的基础上 ,研究了不同激发剂对AⅡ无水石膏的激发作用 ,采用内掺煅烧明矾石和消石灰制成了硬石膏白水泥 .结果表明 ,AⅡ无水石膏在激发剂作用下提高了液相的过饱和度 ,导致二水石膏晶核形成、生长 ,最终形成结晶结构网 .此外 。
In this paper,we discuss the hydration mechanism of anhydrite Ⅱ,study accelerating actions anhydrite Ⅱ with different accelerating agent,fabricate the white anhydrite cement adding burned alunite and assimilation lime as the accelerating agents.The results show that the accelerating agent can be increased by higher level of supersaturation degree of liquid phase in contact with the anhydrite Ⅱ,which results in the formation and development of hihydrate gypsum crystal pits,and finally formed the crystal structure webs.In addition,the advance of hydration rate of anhydrite at short term is the important cause influencing thd duability of the white anhydrite cement.
