摘要
介绍ＹＺＪ型支盘成形机的设备配置和工艺过程，分析了其主机的结构特点及工作原理，论述了支盘桩（孔）的形状特征及其优点，对设备在使用中的性能特点和存在的问题进行了综合评价，提出了进一步改进设备的途径和设想。
This paper introduces equipment arrang ement and technology process of supporting disc forming machine YZJ.It analyzes the structure characteristic and working pricinple of main machine and describes the shape features and advantage of supporting disc pile(hole).It evaluates the performance of the machine and puts forward the approach and idea to improve the equipment.
