摘要
针对斗轮堆取料机的悬臂结构特征 ,明确了结构优化的设计思想。比较了几种传动装置的优劣 ,采用了低速大转矩液压马达和二级行星齿轮减速的传动方案。分析选择了斗轮基本参数和马达的功率。
Hydraulic motor with low speed,big torque and two-stage planetary gear reductor is used to meet the need of boom structure driving for bucker wheel handling machine.Design philosophy is structure optimum.It has many advantages comparing with other several driving mechanisms.The pape analyzes and selects basic parameters of bucket wheel and motor capacity.
