摘要
厦门中山路既是一条近代历史风貌保护街区 ,又是一条城市主要商业街。如何在市场机制作用下 ,建立一种保护与更新的良性互动模式 ,来妥善处理历史街区的保护与发展问题。
s:Zhongshan Road in Xiamen is a main commercial street full of luscious neoteric style.Today,it is very important to build a benign interweaving pattern which works in market mechanism.This paper aims to analyze how Zhongshan Road is protected and renewed with this pattern.
