摘要
根据企业不同的经营环境和经济水平 ,可以采用不同的模式和发展形式组建智力、技术、资金密集型及专业化、一体化的住宅产业集团 ,这是实现我国住宅产业现代化、促进国民经济发展的有效途径和措施。
According to enterprise's running environment and economic level, great housing industry group should be formed with concentrated intelligence, skill and fund as well as specialization and integration. Different establishment models can be adopted by housing industry group to realize housing industry modernization and promote the development of national economy.
