摘要
据我国有关部门对部分在用车排放指标抽测的结果表明，我国９０％的在用车排放指标超过国家标准，有的甚至严重超标，对城市的空气质量影响甚大。因此，我国必须尽早实施在用车排放控制的计划。法规先行、提高燃油品质、引进开发汽车排放净化新技术、提高驾驶员素质、科学地管理交通、研制环保型汽车替代能源型汽车等是控制汽车排放污染的有利措施。
It is shown by results sampled brom emission indexes of partially in-use motor vehicles by relative department in our country, that emission indexes for 90% of in-use motor vehicles are in excess of or for in excess of our state regulations which affects the for quality in cities severely. So, the emission control plan for in-use motor vehicles must be implemented as soon as possible in our country. Implementing the laws and regulations in advance, improving fuel quality, introducing and devel- oping new technologits for vehicle emission and purification, improving driver's quality, managing traffic and transportation scien- tifically,exploring and developing environmental protection type motor vehicles to substitute for energy type motor vehicles and etc. are the favourable control measures for emissions of motor vehicles.
