摘要
用18 8 W / 188Re发生器淋洗得到的188Re研制具有潜在临床应用价值的骨疼痛治疗剂188Re -AEDP。研究了在不同配体用量、亚锡含量和 pH条件下 ,载体用量对标记率和稳定性的影响。实验结果表明 :在最佳条件 (pH1.10 ,AEDP 2 0mg/mL ,氯化亚锡 2mg/mL ,抗坏血酸 3mg/mL)下 ,用无载体188Re标记的188Re -AEDP的标记率为 90 %— 93% ;标记后调 pH为 6 ,2 4h后放化纯度为70 % ;而用含一定量载体的188Re标记的标记率为 95%— 98% ,标记 2 4h后放化纯度为 93%。
A rhenium-AEDP(1-amino-ethylene diphosphonic acid) compound was synthesized by using 188 Re eluted from the 188 W/ 188 Re generator. Stannous chloride was used as the reducing agent for the reduction of the rhenium. Dependence of the labeling yield of 188 Re-AEDP upon concentrations of reducing agent and AEDP, pH and the carrier added was examined. Under optimum conditions, the labeling yields of 188 Re-AEDP were 90%—93% using carrier-free 188 Re and 95%—98% using carrier-added 188 Re respectively. The stability of 188 Re-AEDP at pH≈6 was studied. It was found that carrier had significant effect on the stability of 188 Re-AEDP.
