摘要 在利用核孔膜生产过滤器的过程中 ,为保证核孔膜的质量 ,进行核孔膜检测是至关重要的。本工作利用数理统计方法研制了核孔膜自动检测软件。结果表明 :此核孔膜自测软件不仅抗干扰能力强、检测结果精确 ,而且缩短了检测周期 ,提高了检测效率。 The nuclear-hole film examining is necessary for the quality control of nuclear-hole film, with which the filter is produced. There are some problems in manual examining process, which lead to the inaccurate measuring results of hole diameter. In order to solve these problems, a software of nuclear-hole film auto-examining was developed. The numerical statistical method for improving the two-valued image processing is the core of this software. The result shows that it not only strongly resists disturbance with accurate measuring results but also reduces examining time.
