In this paper, we deduced the function relationship betweern the gamma detecting efficiency of the hollow cylinder layer and the depth of active carbon layer, and the gamma detecting effuciency of both the standard source and the actual ampling source, finally the method and the max. error of efficiency calibration to the hollow cylinder samper for 131 I has been given.
