摘要 介绍了近年来气体位置灵敏探测器的发展 ,简要描述了几种新型的高位置分辨、高计数率的探测器 :MSGC、MGC、MICROMEGAS。 This paper introduces the new development of the position sensitive gas detector during past ten years and describes several kinds of new gas detectors with high rate and high position resolution: MGSC,MGC,MICOMEGAS, GEM
