c- myc为即刻早期基因之一 ,其蛋白表达产物具有转录因子的作用。本文用原位杂交方法观察了小鼠受 75m Gy及 2 .0 Gy X射线全身照射后不同时间 ,腹腔巨噬细胞 c- myc m RNA转录水平的变化。结果表明 ,2 .0 Gy照射组 c- myc表达明显高于 75m Gy照射组 ,而且 ,2 .0 Gy照射后从 30 min到 8h均有表达增强 ,16h和 2 4 h无表达 ,4
In situ hybridization (ISH) was used to examine the changes in mRNA transcription level of c myc in peritoneal macrophages of mice at different time intervals after a whole body X irradiation (WBI) at dose of 75 mGy and 2.0 Gy. The expression of c myc was up regulated following WBI at dose of 2.0 Gy. The transcription of c myc increased at 30 min to 8 h after WBI at dose of 2.0 Gy, fading at 16 h to 24 h, and another increase of expression at 48 h after irradiation. (
