摘要
上海汽车工业的发展以党的十一届三中全会召开为转折点,在此后20年中,上海汽车工业改革开放以来的发展历程、巨大变化是在邓小平理论指导下加快发展中国汽车工业的成功实践。本文概要回顾和总结了上海汽车工业发展过程和取得的成功经验,主要包括利用外资、引进技术,发展自我、集中力量发展轿车工业,在科技进步、科学管理上进行积极创新,加强党的建设和精神文明建设等等。
The course of development and great changes of Shanghai auto industry during 20 years of reform and opening up is a successful practice of speeding up the development of China auto industry under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping theory. The developing course and successful experiences of Shanghai auto industry is reviewed and summarized,including foreign capital utilization ,technology introduced from overseas, developing oneself, further development of the Chinese car - making industry, active innovation in scientific management and technology advance, strengthening the Party ideologically and organizationally and spirit civilization.
