三倍体合浦珠母贝的生殖腺观察

OBSERVATION ON THE GONAD OF TRIPLOIDY IN PINCTADA MARTENSII (D.)

通过对三倍体合浦珠母贝Pinctada martensii(D.)春、秋两个繁殖盛期的生殖腺发育状况和性比观察,发现大多数三倍体在外观上没有生殖腺或者只有发育不全的生殖腺。组织切片检查结果表明,多数三倍体的生殖腺停留在休止期和增殖期,少数发育到生长期。没有一个三倍体的生殖腺发育达到成熟期。三倍体中,雌性占94.3％,雄性占5.7％。 三倍体的生殖腺中,初期的生殖细胞占多数,没有出现成熟的卵母细胞和精子。有些滤泡和生殖细胞萎缩退化。因此,三倍体生殖腺发育异常,三倍体合浦珠母贝是不育的。

During two reproductive periods (spring and Autumn), the development of gonad and the sex ratio of triploidy in Pinctada martensii (D.) was observed by means of external morphology and microscopic histology examination. Morphologically there was no or minimum gonad in most of the triploidy. Results from h stological examination indicated that the gonad of most of the triploidy stayed at rest or propagation stage, and only a few of them reached growth stage. None reached mature stage. Females stood for 94.3% and males 5.7% of the triploidy.Primary sexual cells were in the majority in the gonad of triploidy. There was no mature ovocyte and sperm. Some follicles and sexual cells had become atrophic. Therefore the development of gonad in triploidy is abnormal and the triploidy of P.martensii is sterile.
