摘要
本实验制作构料的配比为:粉煤灰73%,碱渣10%,石灰17%,采用手工浇铸成型,然后自然养护70~120天。礁块平均强变为38kg/cm^2。实验表明,礁块投放于砂质海底1年后,其外型保持完好;石莼、海带、海胆等附生于表面。投礁前后的水质、沉积物和生物学各项指标均为正常,未发现礁块引起的环境污染。
Experiments on the artificial fishing reef of coal-waste blocks were carried out from April, 1986 through October, 1987. The block consists of 73% fly ash, 10% alkali sluge and 17% lime, produced by using 'manual-mix-casting-forming-air-cured' serial technique (lasting 70-120 days). The average compressive strength of 4500 coal-waste blocks (total volume 200 m3) is 38 kg/cm2. After being disposed on the sand-bottom off the shore of Banchuidao, Dalian over one year, the blocks maintained regular shape. Ulva, kelp, sea urchin, etc. adhered to the surface of the blocks actively. No evidence of environment pollution caused by the block-reefs was found.
