吐温80合并温热(39℃~43℃)对BGC-823人胃癌细胞的抑制效应

摘要 化疗药物合并温热在临床肿瘤治疗中取得一定的疗效,但存在治疗方法复杂、效果不稳定、副作用多等问题,因而需进一步探索在41℃左右即能达到疗效好、副作用小、易于推广的合将药物。 The human stomach cancer cell line BGC-823 were treated by hyperthermia 39℃ to 43℃ for 20 to 100 minutes associated with Tween-80. Human fetal fibroblasts and mito- mycin C were used as controls for normal cell and medicine respectively. The cell growth curves showed that Tween-80 alone could inhibit slightly the growth of tumor cells. When Tween-80 combined with hyperthermia, the inhibitory effect of 41℃ for 100 minutes. was corresponded to that of 43℃ alone for 100 minutes. The cloning efficiency also decreased obviously. The ratio of the lethal rate among groups of hyper- thermia alone, heat associated with Tween-80 and heat associated with mitomycin C was 1: 5. 2: 3.7 respectively, i.e. the heat lethal rate was increased about 5 times by addition of Tween-80, which was much higher than the synergism of mitomycin. The responses of normal cells were nonsignificant and recoverable.
