宫内巨细胞病毒感染对新生儿心肌的影响

THE EFFECTION OF INTRAUTERINE CYTOMEGALOVIRUS (CMV) INFECTION ON CARDIAC MUSCLES OF NEWBORN

为研究宫内巨细胞病毒（CMV）感染的特点，我们对24例母亲孕早中期CMV－IgM阳性，而新生儿生后一周内CMV－IgM阴性进行了临床分析，结果显示其中5例仅以心肌受损为主要表现，如心动过缓、心肌酶明显异常等。提示应更加重视妊娠晚期CMV感染对胎儿的影响，心肌受损可以是宫内CMV感染的主要表现。

To study the clinical characteristics of congenital CMV infection, we analysed the clinical data of 24 neonates with serum CMV-IgM positive which the antibodys of their mothers were negative in the first and second trimesters of the pregnancy. Five of them were only characterized by cardial symptoms such like bradycardia and serum enzymes abnormality.The results suggest that more weight should be placed on CMV infection in the last trimesterof pregnancy. Congenital CMV infection in neonates may only take the form of cadiac symptoms
