摘要
1984年～1988年,我院应用肌皮瓣移位和移植共46例。手术后随访6个月～5年,均获得良好效果。本文对肌皮瓣应用指征、应用方式、肌皮瓣的选择及手术注意事项等进行了讨论。
From 1984 to 1988,the authors reported 46 cases of transposition of muscutaneous flaps and free transplantation of musculocutaneous flap. These patients were followed-up from 6 months to 5 years and the results were all satisfactory. The indications of musculocueaneous flap, the application of this pattern of musculocueaneous flap, selections of musculocataneous flap and attentions in operations were discussed in detail.
