Building Good Circumstance for the Smooth Development of Non-state Economy

党的“十五”大后，非公经济的地位已从“必要补充”上升为“重要组成部分”，在数量、结构、 效益等方面都取得了迅猛发展。但民营企业在发展过程中存在许多诸如社会地位尚未真正确立，融资渠 道不畅等困难与问题。因此要创造有利于民营企业发展的舆论环境，拓宽融资渠道，完善民营企业发展 的支撑服务体系等。

After the l5th Conference of the Communist Party of China, the position of non-state economy has been gone up from 'necessary suppplement' to 'important component part' .and has got a rapid development in number, structure and benefit. But there are many difficulties and problems in the development of non-state enterprises.such as the social position has not been established, the way of funds raising is not clear, etc. So we must create the media circumstance favourable to non-state, widen the way of funds raising,perfect their supporting service systems,etc.
